Within AXA, with the Fraud Inspection department we provide expertise within the scope of Fire insurance and Civil Liability Insurance. We are the eyes and ears of the department Claims Management.
Negotiating an accurate claim estimate and verifying causes and circumstances of claims is what we do. Based on our claim report and corresponding estimate, the department Claims Management is able to make the right decisions for completing the claims according to policy conditions.
You, as a Senior Expert Brand
- conduct investigative and/or claim settlement assignments in the various guarantees of Fire Insurance and Civil Liability Insurance.
- estimate material damage.
- determine the liabilities and situation for any recovery.
- look at the insured capitals and conformity of the insured risk.
- check whether contractual commitments are correctly observed.
- What you have to offer
- Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Surveying, Engineering or a comparable field.
- At least 5 years’ work experience (experience in managing Fire/Civil Liability claims is a plus).
- Possess a private detective licence
- Work independently and is able to decide in complex and significant files.
- Is able to take the lead within assessments with several parties.
- Strong in analysing problems, planning and organising.
- Good communicator with persuasiveness and focus on acting in a customer-focused way.
- Thorough knowledge of Dutch or French – depending on your working region.
- Driving licence B - Travel is of course part of the job.
