Your task is to draw up, set and negotiate insurance conditions when signing new contracts, proactively monitor and defend your portfolio, in the context of policies that have a significant financial impact on the organisation, in order to ensure effective risk management and contribute to the achievement of profitability and growth objectives.
These are the following tasks:

- Take proactive action to defend the existing portfolio and achieve the strongest growth possible.
- Keep the profitability of your portfolio under control and, if necessary, take proactive action
- Keep your finger on the pulse of developments within your own field of expertise and brush up your knowledge in order to shore up your own credibility through a service that is constantly based on up-to-date knowledge.
- Report regularly to your superior to present the evolution of the policies (financial aspect, SLA, etc.).
- Liaise between the different internal services to oversee the smooth execution of the contract and nurture a good relationship with the customer in general.
- Actively participate in internal and external networks in order to defend the interests of the company and help create a positive brand image, in consultation with the sales team in particular.
- Master’s degree (law, insurance, finance) or equivalent by experience
- Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience
- Technical-commercial profile (negotiation, assertiveness, ability to give presentations to internal and external customers) A way with figures and a knack for pinpointing customer needs and opportunities
