We are looking for reinforcement for the team of Internal Control & Operational Risk, which falls within the competence of the CRO. In the coming months and years, AXA Bank will be updating and tightening up the Internal Control environment for all processes of AXA Bank. Although this is a business project (1st line), the programme will be guided and supported from the 2nd line. You will initially be deployed within the project; in the medium term, you will also be helping to integrate the project flexibly into the work of the existing team.
Your responsibilities are:
• You will support and challenge the business in the identification of operational risks in the key processes and projects of AXA Bank.
• You will also assist the business in defining control objectives and implementing on-the-spot checks to mitigate the identified risks.
• From the 2nd line you will be responsible for defining, implementing and executing test plans on both the design and the effective implementation of the first line checks.
• In addition, you will be supporting the project manager of the Internal Control project in the PMO's activities (reporting, monitoring).
You preferably have a Master's degree, or equivalent by experience. Experience in controlling or auditing is a huge plus.
You dare to question existing processes with a critical eye; you are pragmatic and you have a taste for giving direction to the team.
In the collaboration with your colleagues and other internal departments, you show that you have the necessary maturity, stress-resistance and flexibility.
You have very good communication skills, you fit your style to your conversation partner and are able to inspire and motivate others.
you have a perfect knowledge of Dutch, a good knowledge of English, and at least a basic knowledge of French.
Finally, you feel at home in a rapidly changing environment where you can work independently.
